These earbuds were released at a whopping price! 2,799 dollars! But if you really like them, take note of the following information. It offers 30 hours of total battery, 6 in the buds and 24 in the case, which also promises to charge pretty fast. It has three equalization modes, so you can adapt it to play a movie, your favorite song, or a podcast. Besides, you can use only one if you wish since they each have a built-in microphone. So, you’ll have no problem answering calls, although this mic isn’t noise-canceling, which is the greatest weakness of the Indy Evo. Is it resistant to water, sweat, and dust? Of course, it is. Can I lose them if I use only one? Obviously not! You can download the Tile app on your phone and follow a few simple steps to locate them. If it weren’t for that mic and crazy price tag, it might have reached a higher position, but still, if you’re a fan of the skull brand, they’re a beautiful option.
#9 Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2
It boasts 35 hours of total battery life, 7 in the buds, and an additional 28 in the case. It’s also water-resistant, and as is tradition in the Sennheiser brand, its most remarkable feature is the sound. Its drivers deliver deep bass, clear mids, and detailed treble. It has active noise cancellation, allowing you to isolate yourself from your surroundings and listen to your favorite music. But it also features Transparent Hearing mode, which is the opposite, allowing you to perceive your surroundings without disconnecting from your most precious albums. So far, these 299-dollar earbuds seem great, right? Unfortunately, like the Skullcandy, its weak point is the mic without noise canceling. Sennheiser will always deliver good audio quality, plus the microphone has improved its quality considerably in the Momentum 2. However, there are still better and even cheaper options on this top.

What?! This beauty is only 99 dollars?! The value for money is very important, and the Galaxy Buds Plus is proof of that. While it’s considered a great option if you don’t have money to buy the best ones on this top, it really competes with those in some features. For starters, the noise cancellation is superior to the two mentioned above. And while its battery will only last 22 hours, 11 in the device and 11 in the case, here comes the bomb: each bud has three microphones, which helps tune out ambient sounds and offers better audio quality during calls. Your music sound quality is also above any other earbuds of the same price, although it’s slightly lower than the ones on this top. But to think it’s less than 100 dollars and practically at the same level as the others, say no more, give me two! By the way, they’re obviously water-resistant.

Some people think the best that Beats has to offer is the Powerbeats Pro, but they’re wrong. Once again, value for money is very important. The Beats Studios cost 149 dollars, while the Powerbeats Pro, 249 dollars. And you know what, they’re almost the same unless you’re okay paying an extra 100 dollars for one more hour of battery and some ear hooks. I think it’s already clear. It has active noise cancellation, its sound quality is considered quite powerful, balanced, and high-level. Also, it’s water-resistant. Its compact design is loved by everyone, and by the way… its mic blocks much of the unwanted ambient noise, so you can make your calls quietly.

Now, time to make a major leap regarding sound quality since the Jabra Elite 75T offers a slightly better sound than the AirPods Pro, which you’ll see later on this top. Then, why did it only make it to 6th place? Well… its noise cancellation wasn’t always good. No matter how good the sound is, without efficient noise cancellation, any distraction will ruin your experience. However, this has been solved by upgrading the noise cancellation to a level similar to other earbuds that I’ve already shown you. After overcoming this obstacle, the Elite 75T is now a blast. It costs 149 dollars, is water and dust resistant, and boasts 28 hours of battery: 5.5 in the buds and 19.5 in the case. Its mic? It has four that feature noise cancellation. It may have gotten off to a bad start, but it’s currently one of the best you’d find, and not at an unreasonable price.

Remember I told you the sound would improve a lot from the previous position onwards? Well, the PI7 may offer the best sound of all on this top with its dual-driver system that regulates the audio in each ear, obtaining such a good sound balance that it competes directly with the earbuds you’ll see in the 1st position. How much does this wonder cost? 399 dollars! A little pricey, I know, but hear me out. Don’t worry about the microphone anymore, this Bowers & Wilkins design comes with six, yes, six! which will offer a perfect call quality. It delivers 20 hours of total battery life, 4 in the buds and 16 in the case. Besides, it has a fast-charging feature, for every 15 minutes it’s plugged in, you’ll get two hours of playback for your PI7. Why isn’t it higher on this top if it has the best audio? Not only is it because it’s a bit more expensive, but its cancellation has been surpassed. It’s not that the Bowers & Wilkins is bad. In fact, it’s pretty good, at the same level of other positions you’ve already seen on this top, but, but… there are still more earbuds that will surprise you on this top.
#4 Apple AirPods Pro
If you’re a fan of the apple brand, pay attention, because it’s time to test the best that Apple has to offer. Its noise cancellation is one of the best, it’s said you could mute the world with it, and it’s considered the second-best out there when it comes to earbuds. At this level, forget about bad microphones, the call quality of the AirPods Pro is simply superb and isolates any external sound. Hence, its price isn’t unreasonable, it costs 249 dollars, but you’re getting “great” earbuds compatible with any Apple device and adaptable to any other brand. It boasts 24 hours of battery in the case and 4.5 in the buds. Plus, when putting them inside their case for five minutes, you’ll get one hour of playback. Its sound quality is also outstanding, and along with its excellent noise cancellation, it offers an experience difficult to beat. The reason the AirPods didn’t climb higher on this top was only because the next earbuds are sound beasts.
#3 Amazon Echo Buds 2
This position is going to be controversial because the sound beasts are the ones you’ll see in the first two positions, but the Echo Buds 2 are here for other reasons. I’ll start with the crazy part, it’s only 120 dollars! It’s the best you’d find for that price! Its audio quality is slightly lower than the AirPods Pro, though it has better bass. But that’s the catch, as the AirPods’ advantage is so slight that some experts consider the Echo Buds 2 to win in that matchup since it costs less than half! However, its microphones aren’t the best, they’re only decent, like those in the 7th position. Its active noise cancellation is also good. And although it provides only 20 hours of total battery, 5 in the buds and 15 in the case, its insane advantage lies in the multiple tasks it can perform connected to an Alexa device. What does this mean? That the Echo Buds 2 solves your life with some voice commands: Makes purchases, makes calls, manages your schedules, everything! So much power hidden in these two little things for the ears!
#2 Bose QuietComfort Earbuds
Time to meet the runner-up. The noise cancellation of the QuietComfort is the best, period! On this level, there’s nothing better when it comes to earbuds. And its sound, oh, what a sound! It’s wonderful, the bass has just the right power and each musical note seems to be played with surgical precision. Its microphones? It comes with four, which provide crystal clear calls, blocking external noises. The only relatively weak feature of the QuietComfort is perhaps its battery, it has power for 18 hours in total: 12 in the case and 6 in the buds, which is actually quite a lot, and if you charge it for 15 minutes, you’ll have battery for two more hours. The opinion about the weakness of its battery is only because other earbuds can hold more charge. On the other hand, experts say that the QuietComfort may be the most comfortable earbuds of all due to their compact shape and that they won’t fall off even when exercising. This wonder has a price tag of 279 dollars.
#1 Sony WF-1000XM4
Remember I told you that the Bose had the best noise cancellation? Uh… actually I just wanted to keep you on your toes, haha, because the noise cancellation of these Sony is slightly superior. Point for the champion! Its sound is also slightly superior, the balance it offers on each note is just perfect. Two points for Sony. As for microphones… they’re good, but the Bose are slightly better. Point for the runner-up. The Sony WF-1000XM4 offers a battery of 32 hours: 8 in the buds and 24 in the case, and when plugging it in for five minutes, you’ll have one hour of charge. Another point for the champion, the score is 3 to 1. The experts are uncertain between which of the two would be the most comfortable, some say Sony, others say Bose. So, at this point, I lean towards a draw. But… the important part, how much does it cost? Well, 279 dollars, the same as the Bose, and with the score 3 to 1, I think the winner of this fight is pretty clear. The Sony WF-1000XM4 is currently the best earbuds out there.
