# BULLY WHIPPET
Created from a mutated gene of the traditional Whippets race, the “Bully Whippets” sport a super-developed muscle. Called “bully” due to a mutation in its gene for the limiting factor of muscle growth, myostatin, which causes the canine to develop its showy overloaded muscles. They are considered faster and more athletic than normal whippets. Unfortunately, they often die prematurely due to this same genetic mutation. The case of a bully whippet called “Wendy”, with approximately twice the weight of an average whippet, but with the same height and narrow head, was made public a few years ago. It was baptized as the “Arnold Schwarzenegger of dogs”. Wendy had 59 pounds of undulant muscle. The muscles around hher neck were so thick that they looked similar to the hive of a lion. Unfortunately its breeder, Ingrid Hansen, who works as a veterinary technician, said that “Wendy” passed away in 2017. At first, this Whippet was not appreciated for its monstrous appearance, however, now they are raised specifically in the hope of obtaining the coveted mutated gene. On the other hand, some Chinese scientists, through the technique of genetic engineering, have managed to develop two new dogs of the Beagle race with increased musculature, incredibly lab dogs. It should be noted that these geneticists have won the indignation of many animalists around the globe.
